CMT solution file format
Each record has a fixed length of 96 bytes.
Data for each earthquake event consist of the following:
Record Sequence
- Hypocenter record
- Each event has more than one record.
- Each event has no records or one record for each record type.
- The top record is adopted as the best result.
- Centroid record (one)
- Nodal plane solution record (CMT) (one)
- CMT analysis condition record (one)
- Moment tensor record (one)
- Station record (one or more)
- End record (one)
