Total Ozone Observation

Total ozone observation is carried out using Brewer spectrophotometers at Tsukuba in Japan and Syowa in the Antarctica. Observation involves measuring relative radiation intensities for two wavelengths in the UV spectrum - one highly affected by ozone and the other relatively unaffected.
